Your new role will see you leverage data and marketing automation technology to drive performance, growth, and personalisation.
Reporting to the Group Manager - Marketing Automation, you will use best practices in data organisation, campaign development, marketing automation and analytics to help increase revenue and customer engagement across the nib group.
Partnering with both marketing and business stakeholders, you’ll support the development of strategies focussed on increasing lead conversion rates, engagement, and retention of nib members. More specifically, you will:
- Integrate data sources across martech platforms to be used for marketing campaigns
- Utilise marketing automation technology to build and deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Measure campaign performance – making recommendations for continual improvement
As part of the Digital team, the Marketing Automation team is responsible for supporting the creation, optimisation and analysis of nib’s marketing campaigns.

This role requires the ability to manage a high level of fast-moving requests, the drive to produce quality work, and the initiative to spot errors and suggest improvements. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
Additionally, experience with some of the below technologies and skills are desired, but not compulsory for success in this role. A willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert in these technologies is essential.
- Experience with marketing technology
- The ability to write basic SQL queries
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms
- Data mapping and analytical skills
- Experience navigating databases and data extracts
- Troubleshoot issues with daily automations and data intricacies
